ABOUT EINAT AVRAHAMI

Einat Avrahami, hailing from the vibrant city of Jerusalem, is a dedicated certified yoga teacher with a passion for nurturing young minds through movement and mindfulness. Trained by Peaceful Babies Yoga, her expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, including yoga poses, sequencing, breathing techniques, and meditation practices tailored specifically for children. With a rich repertoire of kids yoga stories, activities, and games, Einat crafts engaging and transformative experiences for her young students.

Einat studied at the Wingate Institute, the national institute for excellence in sports of the State of Israel. Physical development and movement coach for kids ages 0-8. Einat also studied special needs art coaching for kids and adults at Beit Berl College in Israel, which is a multi-disciplinary college for higher education. Einat also studied child development at Mission College.

In addition to her yoga credentials, Einat is a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) practitioner, Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach, and a certified life coach. She leverages her holistic approach to support children in navigating challenges and fostering emotional resilience.

As a devoted mother of three children herself, aged 8, 6, and 4, Einat brings a deep understanding of childhood development and a nurturing spirit to her teachings.

With a firm belief in the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness, Einat is dedicated to empowering children to discover their inner strength, cultivate joy, and embrace their unique journeys toward holistic well-being, through the values and traditions of the Jewish culture. Einat is bilingual, teaching in both English and Hebrew.
